JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and motivate teams, and achieve business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support team members in resolving customer and operational issues.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure the team achieves assigned sales targets by driving lead conversion, successful closures, and overall business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in Any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales is required.
