ERP TESTING PLATFORM LEAD

- Should be 20+ years experienced in Test Automation.
- Deep, hands-on mastery of Tricentis Tosca and Opkey - framework design, module creation, test data management & execution orchestration across complex ERP landscapes.
- Proven track record automating scenarios for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, JD Edwards, or Oracle EBS - functional, regression, integration & data migration cycles.
- Architect scalable, reusable automation frameworks - tool strategy, object models, CI/CD integration, setting configuration & enterprise-grade reporting dashboards.
- Actively build, debug & optimize automation suites across UI, API & database layers with deep understanding of ERP-specific test patterns and data dependencies.
- Lead automation CoEs / delivery teams (50+), drive sprint planning,



effort estimation, quality gates & stakeholder reporting across onshore-offshore models.
- Spearhead RFP responses, solution proposals & CxO-level presentations — translate client challenges into automation roadmaps, effort models & compelling value propositions.
- Champion adoption of AI-driven testing — leveraging Copilot, Codex & tool-native AI for intelligent test generation, self-healing scripts & predictive analytics.
- Hands-on experience enabling multi-tool strategies and seamless integration within diverse client technology ecosystems.
- Exposure to large-scale ERP upgrades, cloud migrations, carve-outs & rollouts where test automation accelerated timelines and significantly reduced manual effort.
- Engage CIOs, IT Directors & Program Managers to advise on test strategy, tool selection & automation ROI with data-backed recommendations.
