About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Executives. This is a field-based role where you'll engage with residential communities, build meaningful relationships, and help promote community health initiatives.

Responsibilities

· Visit residential communities and engage with society representatives to introduce the company's health initiatives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with society committees and key stakeholders.

· Present the benefits of community health programs and encourage participation.

· Coordinate with society representatives to schedule activities and finalize suitable dates.

· Follow up regularly to ensure timely decisions and successful execution of planned initiatives.

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and on-ground coordination.

· Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and progress updates.

· Plan daily field visits and manage assigned territories effectively.

· Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive stakeholder experience.

· Support business growth by identifying new opportunities within assigned areas.

Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Field Operations, Marketing,



or a similar role.

· Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

· Fluent in the local language (Kannada for Bengaluru / Telugu for Hyderabad).

· Good communication skills in English; Hindi will be an added advantage.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned city.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

· Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

· Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
