Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Electrical Projects (HT/LT)/ Team Lead

Location: Mumbai / Maharashtra (Travel to Project Sites as Required)

We are looking for energetic, self-driven, and technically competent Project Managers to manage the execution of HT/LT Electrical Infrastructure Projects from planning through commissioning. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, project execution experience, client management skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

We have multiple openings for both Project Engineers and Team Lead / Senior Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities - Project Planning & Execution

- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
- Prepare technical estimates, BOQs, and execution plans.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate project activities from initiation through commissioning.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with the Purchase Team for procurement of project materials.
- Follow up with vendors for manufacturing, inspection, dispatch, and timely delivery.
- Verify technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Site Execution

- Supervise installation and erection of:
- Power & Distribution Transformers
- Metering Kiosks
- HT/LT Panels
- RMUs & Switchgear
- HT/LT Cable Laying
- Earthing Systems
- Carry out layout marking for cable routes, earthing, transformer foundations, and associated electrical works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications,



and safety standards.

Team & Site Management

- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and technicians.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure completion within the agreed timelines.
- Resolve technical issues at site and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources.

Client Coordination

- Interact with clients to understand project requirements.
- Provide practical technical solutions and recommendations.
- Attend project meetings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Maintain project documentation, measurement sheets, and billing support documents.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover documentation.

Candidate Profile Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in execution of HT/LT Electrical Projects.
- Experience with Electrical EPC Contractors will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in industrial, commercial, or utility electrical projects.
- In office project execution experience is mandatory.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Experience in transformer installations, metering kiosks, cable laying, and earthing works.




- Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, GA drawings, and cable schedules.
- Good understanding of testing and commissioning procedures.

Software Skills
