Job Description:
The primary responsibilities of this role will be making outbound calls to prospective customers, following up on leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team in generating qualified opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- A confident and skilled approach while speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support would be an added advantage.
