- Plan, supervise, and execute daily production activities as per the approved production schedule.
- Ensure manufacturing of dialysis solutions and biomedical products in accordance with approved Batch
- Monitor critical process parameters to ensure product quality and process consistency.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
- Review and verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Ensure accurate documentation of all production activities.
- Monitor dispensing, mixing, filtration, filling, sealing, sterilization, and packaging processes.
- Investigate and document deviations, incidents, and non-conformances.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO 13485, WHO-GMP, and company quality standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to SOPs and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) for in-process checks and batch release activities.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Supervise Production Chemists, Operators, and Production Assistants.
- Allocate work and monitor employee productivity.




- Train production personnel on GMP, SOPs, safety, and operational procedures.
- Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Stores for timely availability of raw materials and packing materials.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of production materials.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies.
- Maintain cleanroom discipline and housekeeping standards.
- Promote secure working practices and use of PPE.

Educational Qualification

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Preferred)
- Diploma or Certification in Pharmaceutical/Biomedical Manufacturing is an added advantage.

- 2–3 years of production experience in:
- Biomedical Manufacturing
- Dialysis Solutions
- IV Fluids
- Pharmaceutical Sterile Manufacturing
- Medical Devices

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
