We are looking for enthusiastic and fluent Gujarati-speaking Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Gujarati and be able to handle customer calls professionally.

Responsibilities

- Make and receive customer calls in Gujarati.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns politely.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Follow company processes and achieve daily call targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Fluency in Gujarati (Speak, Read & Write).
- Basic English or Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and listening skills.




- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Qualification

- Minimum: 10+2 / Intermediate.
- Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
