Job Description:

​We are a Small-scale Fabrication Company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer to oversee our ongoing fabrication projects, structural installations, and assist in planning future developments. The ideal candidate will combine strong on-site supervision skills with technical execution and project planning capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Supervision: Manage and monitor daily on-site operations, ensuring work aligns with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Project Planning: Plan execution strategies, timelines, and resource allocation for current and upcoming projects.
- Lead Generation: Actively reach out to potential clients, market contacts, and industry professionals to bring in new fabrication projects, orders, and business leads.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Preference: Trichy candidates preferred first.

Education & Experience:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering: Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision or planning.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering:



Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision or planning.
- AutoCAD Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD is highly preferred and will be a major advantage.
- Driving: Ability to drive a car with a valid driving license is a strong plus point (for site visits).
- Skills: Strong leadership, site management, and project scheduling skills.

Salary & Benefits:

- Starting Salary: ₹18,000 per month
- Perks: Separate Petrol Allowance will be provided for all official/site travel.
- Salary Increment: Performance-based salary increment will be evaluated and provided after 6 months based on your working knowledge and performance.
