Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers by phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer incoming customer calls and resolve queries.
- Explain products or services clearly and persuade customers when appropriate.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Record call details and update customer information in the database.
- Meet daily or monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.





Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (12th pass); a bachelor's degree is preferred by some employers.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not always required.

Working Hours:

- Full-time or part-time, depending on the organization.
- May require rotational shifts in some industries.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
