Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end commercial operations from order receipt to dispatch and invoicing. Handle procurement, vendor management, and commercial negotiations. Review quotations, contracts, purchase orders, and tender documents. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance, Logistics, and Quality teams for smooth order execution. Ensure compliance with GST, Customs, import/export regulations, e-Invoicing, and commercial policies. Monitor pricing, cost analysis, inventory, and commercial risks. Prepare commercial MIS reports and identify cost optimization opportunities. Lead and develop the commercial team and improve commercial processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor//'s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain. MBA/PGDM preferred.



Minimum 6-8 years of experience in commercial management within electrical, industrial equipment, or manufacturing industries.

Skills

Solid commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills. Knowledge of GST, import/export procedures, and contract management. Proficiency in SAP (MM, SD, FI/CO). Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.

On-time procurement and order execution. Vendor performance and cost savings. Timely invoicing and payment realization. Compliance with statutory and contractual requirements. Inventory optimization and accurate commercial documentation.
