Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall operations of the company, ensuring smooth coordination across Sales, Marketing, Service, Production, Stores, HR, and Accounts.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve the company's sales, revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Drive business development by identifying new market opportunities, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and building strong customer relationships.
- Monitor departmental performance, establish KPIs, review MIS reports, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee sales activities, pricing, quotations, negotiations, order execution, and ensure timely achievement of business targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring installations, after-sales service, complaint resolution, and technical support.
- Manage financial performance by monitoring budgets, expenses, collections, cash flow, profitability,



and cost optimization in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employees while fostering a high-performance, accountable, and team-oriented work culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures while driving continuous process improvement.
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, customer visits, and strategic discussions while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹67,674.44 per month
