Purpose of the role:

To manage day-to-day store operations & ensuring proper inventory control, material handling and timely dispatch while maintaining accurate records.

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

- Maintain stock of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices for personal care products.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the team for replenishment.

Goods Receipt & Dispatch

- Check incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Coordinate loading/unloading of goods.
- Prepare dispatch documents and ensure timely shipment.

Documentation & Record Keeping

- Maintain GRN, stock registers, issue slips, and inventory reports.
- Update stock in ERP / Excel on daily basis.
- Assist in stock audits and cycle counts.

Material Handling & Storage

- Ensure proper storage of personal care products as per safety and hygiene standards.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store area.
- Handle fragile and sensitive cosmetic products carefully.

Compliance & Safety

- Follow safety guidelines in store operations.
- Ensure material handling complies with company SOPs.

Education and Experience:

- Graduate in any field.
- 1-4 years of experience in FMCG, cosmetics or personal care industry stores.
- Freshers with internship experience can be considered.

Key Skills:

- SAP or Excel knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in quick-paced FMCG environment.
- Basic knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
