Key Responsibilities
✅ Monitor and assess clients' physical and mental health status.
✅ Administer medications accurately and safely as prescribed.
✅ Record and maintain nursing documentation, vitals, and treatment updates.
✅ Assist doctors and psychiatrists during consultations and treatment planning.
✅ Provide first aid, emergency support, and nursing procedures as required.
✅ Observe and report behavioral or medical changes promptly.
✅ Support clients with empathy, education, and therapeutic engagement.
✅ Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.
What We're Looking For
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification.
- Valid Nursing Registration.
- Freshers and experienced nurses are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Passion for mental health, rehabilitation, and patient care.
