Role Overview

We are looking for disciplined, well-spoken Telecaller Executives to manage incoming customer leads, build rapport over the phone, and guide interested customers to visit our showrooms.

Key Responsibilities

∙ Answer and manage all incoming leads promptly

∙ Call and follow up with leads until closure (showroom visit or disqualification)

∙ Maintain a warm, polite, and persuasive tone with every customer

∙ Schedule and confirm showroom visits

∙ Accurately log call outcomes and follow-up status in the tracking sheet/CRM

∙ Coordinate with the showroom team on visit handovers

Required Skills

∙ Language proficiency as per location (see above)





∙ Explicit, friendly phone communication skills

∙ Basic computer/mobile literacy (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)

Ideal Candidate

∙ Highly disciplined with regular attendance and punctuality

∙ Naturally polite and pleasant speaking manner — able to build trust quickly

∙ Comfortable with target-driven, high-call-volume work

∙ Prior telecalling/BPO/sales experience preferred but not mandatory

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and language proficiency

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
