Qualification (As per UGC / AICTE Norms)

- B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT or relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline (Preferred as per latest UGC regulations).
- Candidates with Ph.D. will be given preference as per UGC guidelines.
- NET/SET qualification if applicable (as per UGC norms for universities).

Experience

- As per UGC/AICTE norms.
- Fresh Ph.D. candidates may apply.
- Industry experience in relevant domain will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in CSE.
- Preparing lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.
- Conducting lectures, labs, seminars, and project guidance.
- Mentoring students for internships, placements,



and research.
- Publishing research papers in reputed journals (Scopus/UGC Care).
- Applying for research grants and consultancy projects.
- Participating in NAAC/NBA accreditation work.
- Contributing to curriculum development as per NEP guidelines.
- Performing administrative and academic duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Key Competencies

- Solid subject knowledge in core CSE subjects.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Research aptitude and publication record (for senior roles).
- Ability to use modern teaching tools and LMS platforms.
- Teamwork and leadership qualities.
