Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Research & Development (R&D;) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in product development, testing, and quality improvement within the Bulb & Lighting industry. The role involves developing new products, enhancing existing products, and supporting manufacturing with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and develop new lighting products, including LED bulbs, lamps, and related components.
- Perform product testing, validation, and performance analysis.
- Improve existing products by enhancing quality, efficiency, and durability.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth product development and implementation.
- Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and test reports.
- Identify and troubleshoot product design and manufacturing issues.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, industry trends, and regulatory standards in the lighting industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and cost-effective lighting solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics,



Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Research & Development, preferably in the Bulb & Lighting industry.
- Good understanding of LED technology, lighting products, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of product testing tools and design software will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
