Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Associate with strong exposure to real estate and property matters. The role involves handling end-to-end legal activities related to realty projects, property transactions, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on RERA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all legal matters related to real estate and property transactions, including residential, commercial, and land assets
- Draft, review, and negotiate sale deeds, lease deeds, conveyance deeds, agreements to sell, development agreements, MOUs, and related property documents
- Ensure RERA compliance, including registrations, filings, disclosures, and ongoing regulatory requirements
- Conduct title due diligence, property verification, and risk assessment
- Liaise with government authorities, sub-registrars, RERA authorities, and local bodies as required
- Provide legal support for property acquisition, leasing, licensing,



and joint development projects
- Handle legal notices, responses, and coordinate with external counsels when required
- Advise management on real estate laws, compliance risks, and dispute prevention
- Maintain proper documentation and legal records for all real estate matters

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong working knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Property Documentation
- In-depth understanding of RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act)
- Experience in title search, due diligence, and property compliance
- Ability to independently handle real estate legal matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Qualifications:

- LLB (mandatory)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate / property legal domain

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
