Stratacent is looking for a finance professional with strong experience in client invoicing, accounts receivable and billing operations, preferably in an IT services / IT staffing environment. The role focuses on managing end-to-end invoicing cycles, collections, and financial accuracy.
Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end client invoicing and billing cycles
- Generate invoices based on timesheets / billable hours / contracts
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) including collections and follow-ups
- Perform reconciliations (bank, customer accounts, invoices)
- Track outstanding payments, aging reports, and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams (HR/Delivery/Payroll)
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks / similar tools
- Support month-end close and reporting activities

Required :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Must Have:

- Experience in client invoicing / billing (AR side)
- Exposure to timesheet-based invoicing / contract billing




- Background in IT services / IT staffing / KPO (US accounting)
- Hands-on with QuickBooks / similar tools
- Good communication for client interaction and follow-ups
