We are seeking enthusiastic and sales-driven professionals for our Foreign Language Programs division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling language learning programs including French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, and Japanese to students and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Counsel students interested in learning foreign languages.
● Promote language programs including French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, and Japanese.
● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
● Handle student inquiries through calls, chats, emails, and virtual counseling sessions.
● Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
● Maintain CRM updates and student databases.
● Collaborate with academic and operational teams for smooth onboarding.
● Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Graduation in any discipline.
● Experience in B2C/EdTech/Training sales preferred.
● Knowledge of foreign language learning industry will be an added advantage.
