About the Role

We are looking for a young, smart, and energetic Business Development & Client Relationship Executive to support the growth of a Chartered Accountant firm.

The candidate will be responsible for managing basic sales operations, following up with existing clients, identifying pending or upcoming compliance requirements, and generating new business opportunities.

This is an ideal prospect for someone who is confident, good at communication, organised, and interested in building a career in business development, client servicing, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with existing clients regarding their upcoming and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal CA and accounting team to check the status of:
- ITR filing
- Tax Audit
- GST compliance
- TDS returns
- ROC/MCA compliance
- Accounting and bookkeeping requirements
- Identify additional service opportunities from existing clients.
- Generate new leads through calling, references, networking, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Explain the firm's services to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate client discussions with the CA/partners.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update client information in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Track leads,



proposals, conversions, and follow-up status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Support the firm in achieving its business development and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing, banking, insurance, fintech, accounting, or a CA firm.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, presentable, smart, and comfortable speaking with clients.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, or CA services will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Should be target-oriented and comfortable with making calls and meeting potential clients.
