Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Computer Operator for Security Department at Adani Power Ltd, Pirpainti to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office applications, have basic knowledge of SAP operations, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform day-to-day computer operations and maintain accurate records.
- Create, update, and manage reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Prepare professional documents, letters, and reports using MS Word.
- Handle data entry and maintain databases with high accuracy.
- Assist in basic SAP operations such as data entry, transaction processing, and report extraction.
- Draft and respond to official emails in a professional manner.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify operational data.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to company procedures.




- Provide administrative and operational support as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data formatting, charts, and reporting).
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Word.
- Basic understanding of SAP operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good email drafting and business correspondence skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and MIS.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Computer Operator, Data Entry, MIS Executive, or similar role.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or corporate environments will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
