We are looking for an enthusiastic, and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, follow-ups, and networking. Convert qualified leads into enrollments. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Target-oriented with a positive attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
