Buyer Liaison: Act as the direct point of contact between the manufacturing factory and the buying house/brand, clearly communicating specific quality parameters and manuals.

Sample Approvals: Evaluate and approve pre-production, fit, and size-set samples to guarantee they are production-friendly and compliant with the tech pack.

Inline & Final Inspections: Monitor processes from fabric inspection and cutting to sewing and finishing. Conduct or oversee Final Random Inspections (FRI) prior to shipment.

Defect Prevention: Implement standard Quality Control (QC) systems (e.g., Traffic Light Chart) to identify root causes of stitching or measurement defects and execute corrective actions immediately.

Compliance & Audits: Ensure all garments meet the Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standards mandated by the buyer and enforce strict testing for trims, accessories, and fabric properties (GSM, shrinkage).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
