We are Hiring: PPC Executive (Performance Marketing)

Experience: 3–4 Years
We are looking for a skilled PPC Executive who can plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, results-oriented and capable of generating quality leads while maximizing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube)
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
- Conduct keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets and ad creatives
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Perform A/B testing to improve CTR, Conversion Rate and ROAS
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Collaborate with the design,
content and development teams to improve landing page performance
Requirements:
- Strong english communication
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in PPC or Performance Marketing
- Solid expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking
- Good understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling international campaigns is an added advantage
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
