- Major Job Responsibilities: Field Service
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Improving Customer Satisfaction for Field & Zero Km
- Project management & proto-validation for various mobile application and attainment of KPIs
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers and source plant teams
- Fostering internal relationship with internal Service Organizations and other departments
