1. Front Desk Executive

Job Summary

SpeedForce EV is looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our investors and business partners. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automobile industry, preferably with a car dealership, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in an automobile showroom (car dealership preferred).
- Experience in reception, customer relationship management, sales coordination, or front office operations.
- Experience handling premium customers is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in investors and business partners.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and visitor management.
- Schedule investor meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain investor records in the CRM.




- Support investor onboarding and documentation.
- Ensure a qualified and seamless front-office experience.
- Assist the sales team in converting investor enquiries into successful closures.

Candidate Profile

- Pleasant personality with a professional and presentable appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandatory proficiency in:
- Malayalam
- English
- Hindi
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude towards business generation.
