Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Location: Bhiwandi (Candidates residing nearby will be preferred)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Executive to manage day to day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should live in Bhiwandi or Kalyan, Dombivili and will be responsible for handling warehouse logistics, utilities, staff coordination, and record maintenance.

This role requires regular movement across the warehouse, supervision of loading and unloading activities, material handling, and other operational tasks that involve physical activity. Candidates should therefore be physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall warehouse operations and maintain proper stock levels.
- Supervise and coordinate with labourers for smooth daily functioning.
- Track inward and outward movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain daily reports and stock records in Excel or other formats.
- Handle utility bill payments including electricity and Wi-Fi charges.




- Monitor and ensure availability of required raw materials and consumables.
- Purchase and manage basic warehouse supplies and necessities.
- Handle document printing, filing, and record keeping in an organized manner.
- Report daily activities and escalate issues to management as required.

Requirements:

- Must reside near Bhiwandi or within 15 km radius will only be considered.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics operations preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, printing documents, email).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle labour and coordinate day-to-day tasks effectively.
- Age limit 20-35 Years

Working Hours:

Full-time; exact schedule to be discussed during the interview.

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance at the time of interview)
