Job Description:

- Experienced Senior Power BI Administrator Support Lead with strong expertise in Power BI and Qlik to support administer optimize and evolve enterprise BI platforms
- The candidate will be responsible for Power BI service setup administration governance performance tuning and user support ensuring high availability and optimized usage across the organization
- Experience in Qlik QlikView Qlik Sense administration a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and administer enterprise BI platforms Power BI Qlik Tableau Sigma Metric Insights
- Perform upgrades patches and platform enhancements
- Manage capacity planning Premium Embedded and monitor usage performance
- Strong understanding of application and system vulnerability management
- Manage deployment pipelines and CI CD integrations for Power BI Qlik
- Experience with monitoring tools and platform analytics
- Implement data security models including RLS and role based access
- Manage user onboarding offboarding and license allocation
- Monitor platform health capacity usage and performance metrics
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Manage and resolve incidents through ITSM tools e

- Provide root cause analysis for the incidents
- Maintain SLA compliance and incident documentation




- Experience with cloud platforms Azure preferred AWS GCP a plus
- Ensure consistent artifact promotion and traceability across environments by aligning repository practices with security compliance and release governance standards
- Oversee data refresh schedules gateway configurations and connectivity
- Provide L2 L3 support for Power BI users and business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues related to reports datasets gateways and access
- Work closely with network and security teams to enforce cloud networking best practices
- Guide and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with data engineering security and platform teams to continuously improve the BI Tools ecosystem
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and SQL
- Administer QlikView Qlik Sense environments
- Manage Qlik servers reload schedules and user access
- Support migrations between Qlik and Power BI if needed
- Troubleshoot Qlik dashboards and performance issues
