The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The role ensures that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while adhering to project timelines and budgets. The Site Engineer acts as a key link between the design team, contractors, and project management.
Key QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or Diploma).
Experience
5-10 years
Key Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards such as NBC and Indian Standards (IS).
- Familiarity with bar bending schedules and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- MS Project or Primavera
- Basic surveying instruments (Total Station, Level)
Soft Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork and leadership capabilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
