Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai

Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records including journal entries, accounts payable,

accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and schedules as required by management.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other regulatory

filings.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting and finance-related issues.
- Utilize SAP for accounting transactions, reporting, and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:





- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance

requirements.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
