Lead and mentor a team of Team Leaders and agents.
Drive operational excellence and achieve business KPIs.
Monitor and improve Accuracy, SLA, Productivity, Attrition, and Shrinkage.
Analyze data, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
Ensure high-quality delivery while managing stakeholder expectations.
Qualification
Graduate
CEFR B2 level English communication (Read, Write, Speak)
