About the Company

EVERGO Tours is the backend operations office of the Wordcraft Group of Companies – UAE, a diversified business group operating across legal translation, PRO services, travel, education, business setup, and early childhood education.

The group includes Wordcraft Legal Translation, Wordcraft PRO, EVERGO Tours, Balloon Nursery, and Wordcraft Institute. Our Kerala-based team supports the group's UAE operations through customer service, sales, administration, coordination, documentation, and other operational functions.

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team and support our UAE market operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to build relationships with customers and convert enquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and introduce company services.
- Handle inbound enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Explain company services clearly and provide suitable solutions based on customer needs.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers through calls and messages.
- Convert leads and enquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Handle customer questions,



concerns, and objections professionally.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer handling and service delivery.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers.
- Provide regular updates on lead status, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Malayalam proficiency is an advantage.
- Arabic knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within a short notice period are preferred.
