▪️ Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services ▪️ Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers for conversion ▪️ Handle customer queries and provide accurate information ▪️ Maintain daily call records and update customer details in the system ▪️ Achieve daily and monthly call targets ▪️ Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion ▪️ Build and maintain robust customer relationships What we need: ▪️ 3–5 years proven experience in Tele calling / Telesales / Customer Support ▪️ Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills ▪️ Target-oriented mindset ▪️ Basic computer knowledge Languages: ▪️ Tamil & English – Mandatory ▪️ Telugu / Hindi – Any one preferred
