Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Handle and promptly respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART, the company website, email, and other digital platforms.
- Convert IndiaMART leads into business opportunities through regular follow-ups.
- Explain the company's products and services professionally to prospective customers.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/Excel reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely customer support.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi,



and Marathi.
- Strong command of spoken and written English for customer interactions via phone and email.
- Experience in handling IndiaMART inquiries and lead management is preferred.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Eligibility
- Graduate or HSC with relevant telesales experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or IndiaMART lead handling preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply.
