Roles and Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.

- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in sales performance.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals, share knowledge, and improve overall team efficiency.

Job Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre workplace or related field (telemarketing/telesales).

- Excellent calling skills with ability to handle objections effectively.

- Strong convincing power to close deals over phone calls.

- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as per business requirements.
