Job Title: Telemarketing Executive – PEB Sales Location: Pune Experience: Minimum 1 Year Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives- No bar for right candidate Job Responsibilities - Generate leads through outbound calls.

- Introduce the company's Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) products and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
