Hiring: Telecom Field Engineers (RTP Sites) – PAN India

We are looking for experienced Telecom Field Engineers for RTP (Rooftop Telecom) site projects across multiple locations. Candidates must have strong field execution skills, telecom site handling experience, and the ability to manage site activities independently.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Diploma or Graduation in Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecom field operations, RTP site activities, installation, maintenance, or project execution.
- Good understanding of telecom site infrastructure and field processes.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, site owners, and project teams.
- Capable of handling site visits, surveys, documentation, and execution independently.
- Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on field assignments.

Mandatory Requirements




- Own bike is compulsory
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Comfortable with daily field travel and site visits.
