We are looking for a Telecaller to join our Motor Insurance team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and experience in outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers regarding Motor Insurance. Explain motor insurance plans, renewals, and policy benefits. Follow up with customers for policy renewals and new sales.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Maintain call records and update customer details in the system. Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling/Sales (Motor Insurance experience preferred). Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic
English communication. Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work. Basic computer knowledge.
Note: Candidates should be comfortable making outbound calls for Motor Insurance sales and renewals.
