We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up on IndiaMART enquiries, converting leads into sales, and building strong customer relationships. This role is target-oriented and requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and provide product information.
- Follow up on IndiaMART enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Contact potential customers generated through IndiaMART and other marketing sources.
- Send quotations, product details, catalogues, and follow-up messages via WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly sales and enquiry conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and showroom team to ensure timely customer support.
- Update customer interactions using CRM or other business software.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Solid sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.




- Confident in handling customer enquiries over phone and WhatsApp.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good customer service attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or telesales.
- Familiarity with IndiaMART lead management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to prepare quotations and maintain sales records.

Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma / Plus Two with relevant experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
