The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role. ## Key Roles &

Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.

Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM or database.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.





Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions.

Prepare daily call reports and update management on progress. ## Required Skills &

Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is an added advantage).

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Robust interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but freshers are also welcome to apply. ## Preferred Qualities Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
