Roles and Responsibility

- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through phone calls.

- Build strong relationships with customers to increase sales and satisfaction.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify current business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment and meet performance goals.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.

- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
