Job Summary We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining company projects, generating qualified leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.

- Explain residential and commercial property projects clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/database.
- Build positive customer relationships through qualified communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets. Eligibility - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and confidence in handling calls.
