- 1–3 years in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or franchise sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is an advantage).
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Sales
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to franchise inquiries.
- Explain the franchise business model, investment details, and brand offerings to prospective franchise partners.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Assist customers with salon services, pricing, appointments, offers, and memberships.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
