We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our solar energy team.
Job Role
- Call prospective customers and explain our solar products and services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and new customers.
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
