Job Title: Telecalling Collection Executive :We are looking for a Telecalling Collection Executive who will be responsible for calling customers to recover pending payments or dues. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a polite approach, and the ability to convince customers professionally. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments Remind and follow up on pending dues politely and professionally Explain payment terms and resolve basic customer queries Maintain records of calls, conversations, and payment status Update collection database and share daily reports with the supervisor Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets Escalate difficult cases to the senior or legal team if required
