VJR Estate is hiring a Telecaller for a work-from-home position. The candidate will be responsible for calling clients, explaining property details, and coordinating site visit schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Explain property details clearly — location, pricing, amenities, plot/flat sizes, and possession status
- Answer client queries and guide them about ongoing projects
- Schedule and coordinate client site visits
- Update and maintain client visiting dates as instructed
- Follow up with clients before and after scheduled visits
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client responses
- Report daily call summary and visit updates to the manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or real estate preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Fluent in Kannada and English
- Explicit, professional telephone communication skills
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (higher qualification preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home setup
Working Hours: Full-time, fixed hours as decided by the company. Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
