My Dream Ghar is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with prospective home buyers, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers generated through Facebook, Google Ads, websites, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.

- Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, amenities, and ongoing offers.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.

- Update customer information, call status, and follow-up details in the CRM.

- Maintain daily call reports and achieve monthly sales and appointment targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi,



and English.

- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

- Ability to build strong customer relationships through effective follow-up.

Qualification & Experience

- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.

- 0–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Service.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
