: Telecaller / Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller / Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make and receive calls to assist prospective customers or students.
- Provide counselling and guide clients with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Handle inquiries professionally and convert leads into enrollments or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.




- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
