ResponsibilitiesCall existing customers for repeat business and follow-up Contact retailers, builders, contractors and potential customers Follow up on quotations and enquiries Schedule appointments for the field sales team Handle customer enquiries professionally Maintain customer database and daily call records Coordinate with sales, warehouse and accounts teams Build long-term customer relationships RequirementsAny Degree or Diploma Valuable communication skills in Tamil (English is an advantage) Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers Positive attitude and willingness to learn Telecalling or customer service experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
