Telecaller (Admissions)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound admission enquiries.

✅ Provide accurate information about academic programs, eligibility criteria, and the admission process.

✅ Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication to convert enquiries into admissions.

✅ Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/MIS on a daily basis.

✅ Meet assigned calling and admission targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Eligibility

? Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).





? 0–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Education Sales, BPO, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role.

? Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

✔ Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

✔ Robust persuasion, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

✔ Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
